Meal Plan

It feels good to eat well (and healthy)
Looking to be healthy and gradually making small changes to your life. Come and join me to set some goals which are achievable short, medium and long term. 
1 egg
1 banana
1 piece of toast
You can have scrambled egg, with toast no butter, and a small banana.
1/2 cup tuna
1 cup cottage cheese
1 piece of toast
Black coffee or tea
Used tuna is water or brine,
Lean meat or chicken
1 cup green beans
1 cup carrot
Broccoli and beans
You can have fish with vegetables or salad with with meat or if vegetarians eat pulses, lentils beans,couscous, Brown or whole meal rice or. Try to stick on one type of carbohydrate.
Low sugar fruits: Strawberries or blueberries, blackberries, and add some Greek fat fee yogurt.
