My classes includes body weight exercise, whole body exercises. All exercises are adapted to individuals needs so you would not be left out. My classes vary sometimes I do circuit training with body weight, dumbbells and resistance leg bands.
My classes include cardio fitness
Cardio exercise simply means that you're doing a rhythmic activity that raises your heart rate into your target heart rate zone, the zone where you'll burn the most fat and calories.
Also classes include arms, legs, bums and tums toning and strengthening exercises.
